No more editing church website!!

Honestly I’m glad to be leaving my duties for editing my church’s website and facebook stuff. It’s not really for religious reasons, though what’s going on with the Pastor deeply conflicts what the Bible says about not stealing. I’m just glad not to have to it in his stinky little office after September.

More and more and more Job applications

So today I’m putting in more job applications and hopefully I get something. What I don’t get, is why companies don’t take you when you’re over-qualified. I am applying becuase I need a job.

Well….oh well, it is what it is. I will just keep applying and keep saving money so that I can do my BSN.

TFF: Curtain Call – Quest Mode Preview

I played the demo today of TFF: Curtain Call that’s coming out September 16th and I loved it! The controls are so much easier to use, you have a choice of the stylus or the control pad and buttons. After watching the preview video, the quest mode looks amazing and it has improved so much over the first TFF. I enjoyed it, but while playing it you could tell that there were thing that could be improved on.

I know I’ll enjoy the game so much! I can’t wait! ^o^

Started Tokyo Ghoul in the Wrong Place

I watched the first episode of Tokyo Ghoul today. It was bloody and had gore, both expected. I actually like it and usually I’m not into quite that amount of blood and gore unless it’s a doctor related show and they’ve got a body on an OR table. Contradicting? Yes, but that’s just me.

I picked a not so good place to watch the first episode though…. I went to work with my mom today because she needed some help with computer stuff at her job. Fine, but maybe next time, when I’m bored, I’ll watch Hyouka, more parent and kid friendly…. The beginning with the female ghoul sounding like she was having the big O while eating people of course leads her to ask, “Hey, what kind of oomi-goomi are you watching over there?” (My family call my anime, manga and anything looking Asian oomi-goomi….for some reason, I’ve asked and have never gotten a straight answer so I just deal with it.) This question lead me to say, “Uuhh…. a…violent one…. mix of CI and SUV.” Which is in reference to 2 spin-off “Law & Order” shows Criminal Intent (CI) and Sexual Victims Unit (SVU – We call it SUV as a joke.)

Yeah….we’re all weird in my family. But I liked the episode and I plan to watch more.

20 Likes?! Whoa…. Thank you!

I logged on today to write a new post and saw a little trophy in the upper right corner of my screen. It said I had 20 likes and I was surprised because I pretty much started blogging on WordPress as stress relief and to journal about my geeky interests.

Thanks everyone for reading my post and I hope you enjoy future ones. ^__^
